MiWay announced that it has appointed Burton Naicker as CEO as of 01 January 2022, who will also serve as a member of the Santam group executive team. Naicker was previously COO of OUTsurance and was with the company for 18 years. Alexander Forbes announced that it has appointed Ann Leepile as CEO of the group’s investments division, effective 01 February 2022. Leepile joins Alexander Forbes after heading Absa Asset Management for six years. Alexander Forbes said given her deep technical expertise, she will lead the next phase of growth of its investment division.
