MiWay has launched its Environmental Transport Liability product, that covers the spillage risk inherent in the transport of dangerous goods, including environmental damage because of a riot or strike. The policy covers the clean-up and environmental rehabilitation required because of a release of hazardous substances into the environment, from an insured vehicle. In addition, MiWay has launched its Professional Liability cover, aimed at a wide range of professionals, including accountants, engineers and architects. The cover protects professionals against the risk of providing the wrong advice or making errors or omissions, during their professional activities.
