Absa Life sponsored an article to promote its life insurance products. It used its top ranking as South Africa’s leading life insurance provider in the South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SA-csi), to show its ability to satisfy customers. The life, disability and critical illness insurer boasted an overall customer satisfaction index of 84.9, well above the industry average of 81.1. Absa Life said it will continue its efforts to become the leading bancassurance ecosystem and leverage an integrated bank offering, to better service customer requirements.
