Old Mutual Insure aired a new TVC to promote its on-going Magical Moments customer initiative, aimed at connecting with customers on a deeper level, to show that the insurer cares. The TVC showed various people receiving support and showing appreciation. The TVC stated, sometimes people need help or a friendly voice on the other side, even “…a little sprinkle of kindness” from an insurer that cares.
